Barbara is Tom´s key Assistant and runs the office from day-to-day. She has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years as both a licensed Realtor and as a real estate processor. She joined the Tom Duffy Team because she enjoys working with people very much and seeks to offer the best possible service to clients. Barbara currently resides in Gloucester Township with her husband of 38 years. She has been a long-time resident in the Washington Township/Gloucester Township areas and she and her husband were members of the first graduating class of WTHS. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Barbara´s favorite things are, first, her grandchildren then gardening, fishing and bowling.




Susan McGrath

Susan McGrath has lived in Monroe Township with her husband Mike for 27 years. They have 3 children: Megan, Kelli, and Michael. Susan has been involved in numerous Monroe Township organizations, helping to make Monroe Township a great place to live. Susan joined the Tom Duffy Team after purchasing a property and selling a home through Tom. Susan joined the Team to be part of a caring, client-oriented team.
